GRIP B Innovations Co., Ltd. was founded in 2016 in Taichung, Taiwan, and began serving US buyers in 2017. Our roots are in mold development, and that shaped how we approach food packaging: product geometry, tooling, forming, and documentation treated as one connected problem rather than separate steps.
We started with the mold, not the container.
Most packaging suppliers begin with a catalog and work backwards toward tooling. GRIPBPACK started at the other end. The family business was mold fabrication, so the first thing we learned was how a cavity is cut, where a part locks up in the tool, and why a drawing that looks fine on screen fails on the forming line.
That background is still how we work. When a US buyer sends a container they want matched or improved, the conversation starts at the tool geometry, not the price list. It is also why tooling review and production planning happen together instead of as separate negotiations.

GRIPBPACK is founder-led. Product questions, development priorities, and program decisions are reviewed directly with Eric Liu and the technical team, reducing unnecessary handoffs between the buyer's requirements, tooling coordination, and manufacturing execution.

What we make, and what we supply.
We manufacture four thermoformed product systems: freezer-grade bakery PET clamshells, all-PET anti-fog sealed tray systems, ultra-clear PP hot anti-fog containers, and CPET dual-ovenable meal trays.
We also supply a separate ovenable paperboard tray program for the US market, combining a folded paperboard body with a peelable CPET liner. Manufacturing route is confirmed by product and program at quotation stage.

Thermoforming production and sample development at our ISO 22000-certified Taiwan facility, with pressure-forming equipment supporting sampling and prototype work.
Tooling
Mold design and CNC tooling are coordinated through our affiliated tooling operation, keeping custom development close to production and shortening the path from drawing to first sample.
Partner Capacity
Additional qualified thermoforming and material capacity may be used by program. Manufacturing route and country of origin are confirmed during quotation and documented by shipment where applicable.
